Archery Waiver

All shooters and visitors to Black Knight Bowbenders are required to complete a liability waiver form. Forms are available at the range but, for your convenience, you may download one here, complete it and bring it with you when you come to the range the first time. A new completed waiver must be on file each calendar year.
